Despite this reprieve (albeit inevitably temporary) from pandemic life, folks are mad right now. There's a growing resistance to vaccines even as the Delta variant continues on its warpath, and that resistance is giving way to resentment and ire. What's the problem?! And the same can be said about the growing violence toward Black women that far too often not talked about. The pandemic has also bred resentment between partners with notably higher numbers among people of color or people of more modest means and less access to assistance. Both issues seem to be related to or exacerbated by COVID, leaving people as collateral damage. Lee, Lisa and Terence ponder anti-vax sentiment and anger.
