The full crew is back this week to discuss Biden's promise to appoint a Black woman to the Supreme Court, some of the very predictable backlash and whether it will actually mean anything for Black folks and Black women beyond symbolism. Black coaches are also in the news because of the class action suit against the NFL. Should we as a community rally and support? Interesting points were made. AND it's Black History Month. The theme for 2022 is Health & Wellness (who even knew there were themes??). They close out the show with an impassioned conversation about the long history of mistreatment and bias toward Black folks by the healthcare/medical industry. True to form, things do get funky.
